For several years, we’ve been helping Winn-Dixie define and develop their own programme to make it simple, enticing, relevant and meaningful. We’ve created a bold brand identity (which re-invented the scheme following a generic third-party approach) and an ADA compliant visual toolkit.

When it comes to bright, upbeat customer communication campaigns, we’ve been creating them by the basket load! We’ve launched everything from the new-improved scheme to special offers, fuel rewards and points redemption drives, using inspiring strategic thinking and attention-grabbing content every time. Our clear visual cues always make the complicated simple for the customer and mean promotions genuinely resonate.

We’ve also been there every step of the way as Rewards has turned to tech! During the phasing out of rewards cards, we’ve guided customers through ways to unlock their savings without them. Most recently, we’ve launched Rewards on the brand app too, making it easier for customers to access all their savings in one handy place – on their phone, in their pocket.

With content linking directly back to brand strategy, this is one rewards scheme that’s definitely a winner for everyone. Customer, Tracy Richardson, certainly thinks so:

Deal of the Week

When it comes to weekly deals, Winn-Dixie know how to entice customers with a good offer. We wanted to go above and beyond the savings and provide real inspiration and ideas for customers. So, we turned up the volume on the Deal of the Week creative, making mini social stories that give customers ways to transform their deal into something delicious. Not only will they rack up extra points on their rewards app, they’ll score extra brownie points at home too!

Who doesn’t love a good mystery?

Winn-Dixie customers have a chance to score big through the rewards app. The Mystery Bonus is a points multiplier coupon that helps customers get bonus Winn-Dixie Rewards points on their groceries. We wanted to create a real buzz and excitement around this as the clue is in its name, everyone loves a mystery and we love creating stand out creative that has real cut through both digitally and in store.
